Summary of it’s time to rock:

All the bands on clubpenguin are ready for the festival! Their guitars are tuned up and everything!
Clubpenguin came up with rules for the party

Party rules:
*if you see an empty stage, grab your band and rock it
*If you hear an amazing song, bust your moves on the dance floor!
*If you see a penguin band, cheer like crazy and show your Love!!!
*grab a bacjstage pass for an extra surprise!!! Warning: limited passes available
